Ministry of Health and Electronic Health Solutions Launch Self Registration Service for ‘My Hakeem’ Application

The Ministry of Health and Electronic Health Solutions (EHS), the implementing entity of the National e-Health Program, launched the self-registration service for the ‘My Hakeem’ application. This service aims to facilitate and streamline the process for patients, saving them time and effort.

This service allows patients to register on the ‘My Hakeem’ application, which provides numerous electronic services, from the comfort of their homes without the need to visit healthcare facilities. They can use the subscription code sent to their registered phone number.

The ' My Hakeem’ application enables users and patients to access selected authenticated health information in their electronic medical records. This includes the ability to view medical appointments in specialized clinics at any of the healthcare facilities implementing the Hakeem program. Additionally, users can access their current medications, allergies, vaccinations, laboratory test results, and vital signs and the ability to view radiology reports. The application also offers a monthly medication delivery service, from Ministry of Health-affiliated healthcare facilities to patients' homes. Currently, the medication delivery service is being implemented in 66 hospitals and primary and comprehensive healthcare centers.

Electronic Health Solutions (EHS) continues to implement its digital transformation in healthcare strategy through managing several programs, including the National e-Health program 'Hakeem’,' which is currently implemented in approximately 221 healthcare facilities across the kingdom, including government and military hospitals, comprehensive and primary healthcare centers. Other programs include the Electronic Library of Medicine -ELM,' 'Hakeem Academy,' and the Health Data Analytics Program ‘HDA.'
