Electronic Health Solutions (EHS), the leading company in automating Jordan's public healthcare sector, launched a campaign to raise awareness and increase adoption on My Hakeem’ application, which allows patients to view their health information registered on Hakeem system for free in any hospital or clinic that operates under the Ministry of Health. According to EHS, the campaign, which was launched this month, was carried out by the company's team in collaboration with a team of volunteers from Naua, an online platform and one of the Crown Prince Foundation's initiatives in Al Basheer Hospital, Al Zarqa Government Hospital, and Amman Comprehensive Clinic.

Patients were introduced to My Hakeem’ application and its features and were assisted in registering and activating their account, as well as being shown how to use the application and how to request the delivery of their monthly chronic disease medications.

EHS launched the My Hakeem’ application in February 2021, which displays the appointments booked for each patient at specialty clinics in any public healthcare facility that uses the Hakeem system. A new service was added to request the delivery of monthly medicines for chronic diseases for patients at hospitals and health clinics affiliated with the Ministry of Health, in addition to presenting the patient's medications, allergies, laboratory tests, and vaccinations.

Engineer Omar I Ayesh, CEO of EHS, emphasized on the importance of the campaign in spreading awareness about My Hakeem’ one of the most important applications the company launched last year to empower patients by making it easier for them to view information from their electronic medical files. Patients with chronic illnesses can also order their monthly medications to be delivered. The application helps the reducing of patients’ waiting time and crowding in the Ministry of Health's hospitals and health clinics.
