EHS and RHAS Partner to Support the “Healthy Community Clinic” Program
Electronic Health Solutions (EHS) and the Royal Health Awareness Society (RHAS) have signed a partnership agreement to advance the “Healthy Community Clinic” (HCC) program by integrating it with EHS’s Hakeem program. This collaboration aims to strengthen preventive health services across the Kingdom, leveraging electronic health tools to increase the program’s reach and enhance patient engagement in Ministry of Health clinics.
This partnership will support 190 HCCs across Jordan, empowering patients to manage non-communicable diseases and prevent future health complications. The initiative focuses on health awareness and promoting healthy lifestyles to reduce the risks of chronic conditions, including hypertension, heart disease, obesity, smoking, diabetes, cancer, and mental health issues.
The agreement was signed by Omar Ibrahim Ayesh, CEO of EHS, and Dr. Amal Ireifij, Director General of RHAS. Ayesh underscored the importance of RHAS’s role in advancing Jordan’s health sector and EHS’s commitment to preventive healthcare. “At EHS, we are dedicated to improving the patient experience. Through this partnership, we are not only enhancing preventive care but also moving toward predictive healthcare by utilizing the extensive data within the Hakeem program. This enables us to anticipate health risks and implement effective preventive measures, ultimately improving individual health and the overall quality of healthcare services in Jordan.”
Ayesh added that this partnership reflects both organizations’ commitment to strengthening ties with national institutions to achieve sustainable healthcare development in Jordan.
Dr. Ireifij highlighted the significance of integrating the HCC program with Hakeem, noting, “This integration represents a significant step forward in preventive healthcare, allowing us to store and analyze patient data alongside medical readings. This not only improves patient outcomes and reduces complications but also provides valuable data for evidence-based decision-making. With this information, we can monitor chronic disease trends across regions and tailor treatments accordingly.”
She continued, “Launched in 2011 by the Ministry of Health in partnership with RHAS, the HCC program has been instrumental in strengthening preventive services and encouraging patients to adhere to treatment protocols.”
The Royal Health Awareness Society is a national organization dedicated to raising health awareness and empowering communities to adopt healthier behaviors. Through targeted programs, RHAS addresses local health needs while aligning with Jordan’s national health priorities.
