Electronic Health Solutions and Mutah University sign MoU to develop students' Health Informatics skills
Electronic Health Solutions (EHS), the health computing company, represented by its educational arm “Hakeem Academy” signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the MutahUniversity to develop health informatics skills among university students.
Commenting on the MoU, Eng. Kamal emphasized that EHS represented by its educational arm "Hakeem Academy", seeks to develop students’ health informatics skills that are enrolled in the Faculties of Human Medicine, Allied Medical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Nursing through training them in health informatics and how the Hakeem program operates. This, in turn, will help bridge the gap between education and the labor market outputs in the health sector and raise the efficiency of workers in various health facilities, which further supports the company's vision to raise the level of health care in the Kingdom through technology.
Engineer Kamal underscored the importance of this MoU and the readiness of EHS to harness its expertise and capabilities to train university students in a way that serves both sides in supporting the health and technology sectors in the Kingdom.
The company relies on technology to provide effective technical solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of public health care services in Jordan in order to further contribute to a more effective future for the health sector in the Kingdom, in cooperation with all stakeholders in the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, The Royal Medical Services, King Hussein Cancer Center, the Royal Society for Health Awareness, the Private Hospitals Association and the King Abdullah II Development Fund.
EHS, a non-profit company, was founded in early 2009 to support and strengthen the healthcare sector in Jordan.
