EHS participated in the ninth edition of the annual Change Day initiative, which was launched by the Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) under the patronage of Her Highness Princess Muna Al Hassan to improve the quality of health care services in Jordan.

This year's slogan is "Medication without Harm," as EHS pledges to continuously update and develop drug and medical information in the Hakeem system, as well as raise awareness about dealing properly with prescribing, dispensing, and giving medication to patients safely by health care providers in order to maintain patient safety and rights. In addition to regularly developing the electronic services of "My Hakeem" platform and application to allow the patient to view his health information and current medications and expanding the service of requesting monthly medicine delivery to include all governorates in the Kingdom.

This year's "Change Day" initiative coincided with World Patient Safety Day, where all workers in the health sector, individuals and institutions, pledged before the initiative's launch to provide the best in health care through pioneering and innovative activities and events, provided their pledges are implemented beginning on the day of the initiative. This, in turn, has a positive impact on the level of quality of health care provided in the Kingdom.

Omar Ibrahim Ayesh, CEO of EHS, expressed his pride in the company's participation in this initiative that works to create motivation and encouragement among the health sector workers to provide more valuable and highly efficient services.

Ayesh stated that EHS is eager to fulfill its responsibility to contribute to the improvement of the health sector by participating in this annual tradition, which reflects the extent of continuity in developing and improving health services provided to Jordanians through its electronic applications and platforms to empower patients and health care providers, most notably Hakeem program and 'My Hakeem' application, as well as expanding and providing more services to patients and visitors to government health facilities and institutions that use the Hakeem system.
